The Cape Town Sevens returns once more in December, and the 2019     edition is set to be one with a bit of a twist. The Mother City has hosted the South African leg of the World Rugby Seven Series for the past four years, bringing in two days of a festive atmosphere in and around the Cape Town Stadium.
